This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into on this day of 20 , by and between Ganga Nagar Commodity Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act,1956, having its registered office at 424, 4th Floor City Center The Mall, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh-208004 and having its Head Office at 3rd Floor, Raghukul Tower, Kahtipura T-Point, Sirsi Road, Khatipura, Jaipur-302021 (hereinafter referred to as “the broker”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the meaning or context thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) of the One Part;
