deliveries of products of any kind ("Products") by us ("Seller") to our customers ("Buyer"). General Terms and Conditions is an integral part of Sales Agreement signed by Seller and Buyer. In case where there is no provision in this GTC, Sale Agreement’s provisions shall apply.
