This FOURTH AMENDATORY AGREEMENT is made between the CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “City”) DENVER HEALTH AND HOSPITAL AUTHORITY, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, with an address c/o Denver Health Medical Center, MC 1919, Dallas, Texas 75267-7920 (the “Contractor”), and collectively (“the Parties”).
