AGREEMENT (the “First Amendment”), dated as of this 31st day of July, 2024, is entered into by and between Personify Health, Inc. (f/k/a Virgin Pulse, Inc.) (“Provider”) and County of Williamson, TX (“Client”) (collectively, the “Parties”) and relates to the Application Service Provider Agreement entered into by and between Provider and Client, dated June 29, 2021 (the “Agreement”). All provisions of the Agreement shall be in accordance with the Sourcewell Personify Health Contract No. 051922-VRG.
