THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Contract” or the “Agreement”) is made by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services (“OGS”), acting pursuant to authority granted under State Finance Law §163, whose office is on the 41st Floor, Tower Building, Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”), and Nye Automotive Group (herein after “Contractor”) with offices at 1479 Genesee Street, Oneida NY 13421. OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
