THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of February, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Superior, 124 East Coal Creek Drive, Superior, Colorado 80027, a Colorado municipal corporation (the "Town"), and Uptown Services, LLC, an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 7324 Cortez Lane, Boulder, Colorado 80303 ("Contractor") (each individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
