THIS AMENDED & RESTATED AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of September, 2024 by and between the City and County of Broomfield, Boulder County the City of Longmont, (each a “Consortium Member”, or collectively, the “Consortium Members”) and the City of Boulder, a Colorado home rule city, (the “Lead Entity”), to form a Consortium for the purpose of participating in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
