This Restrictive Covenants and Compensation Protection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CARNIVAL CORPORATION (and its subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively, the “Employer”), and Joshua Weinstein (the “Employee”) effective August 6, 2025.
