This Business Online Banking terms and conditions (“Agreement”) is between Bremer Bank, National Association (“Bremer”) and each owner of an eligible Bremer account or service that can be opened, accessed or administered online using a personal computer or Mobile Device (“Eligible Account”), each person applying for an Eligible Account, and each of their Authorized Representatives (collectively referred to herein as “you,” “your,” “it”, “Customers” and “Customer”).
