This End User License Agreement (“License”) applies to the software product(s) (“Software”) you have licensed from us whether on a stand-alone basis or as part of any hardware (“Hardware”) you purchase from us, (the Hardware and Software together, the “Product”). This License is a legal agreement between us and the single entity that has licensed the Software from us (“you”). All references to “F5,” “we” or “us” in this License will be deemed to be a reference to the applicable F5 entity as follows: (a) if your primary place of business is located in the European Economic Area, the Middle East or Africa (“EMEA”), the F5 entity is F5 Networks Ltd.; (b) if your primary place of business is located in the Asia-Pacific region (“APAC”), the F5 entity is F5 Networks Singapore Pte Ltd; and (c) if your primary place of business is located in a region outside of EMEA or APAC, the F5 entity is F5 Networks, Inc.
