This Agreement is the contract, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Electronic Services offered to you by Northwest Community Credit Union, a division of TwinStar Credit Union. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who submit an authorization form for Electronic Services. In this Agreement, the words “we,” “us,” “our”, and “Credit Union” mean TwinStar Credit Union and the words “Northwest Community Credit Union” mean the Northwest Community Credit Union, a division of TwinStar Credit Union collectively (“Credit Union”). The word "account(s)" means any one or more savings, checking and loan accounts you have with the Credit Union.
