This Lease is made and entered into January 1, 2019, by and between the MILWAUKEE COUNTY PARKS, a municipal body corporate, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (hereinafter called the "Lessor") and ROBERT PETZOLD (hereinafter called the "Lessee").
