This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between you and DISH Network L.L.C. (“DISH”) applicable to the Service (as defined below). DISH is an authorized distributor of satellite-based Internet access services supplied by ViaSat, Inc. (“ViaSat”) and Hughes Network Systems, LLC (“Hughes”). Your supplier of the Service is (your “Supplier”). If neither ViaSat nor Hughes are named as your Supplier in the preceding sentence, please look at the name on your satellite modem to determine your Supplier.
