THIS CONTRACT is made and effective between the Three Rivers Artist Guild (“TRAG”) located inside Yvonne’s at Singer Hill Café at 623 7th St, Oregon City, OR 97045 (the “Gallery”) and the Artist named below. This Contract is effective on the last date signed below and shall expire on January 3rd, 2021.
