irrevocable right to possession and use to the Town, its contractors, agents, and all others deemed necessary by the Town of the property described and depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for the purpose of expanding the right-of-way (“ROW”) on Clayton Court in order to develop valuable improvements that will benefit the community at large.
