NASA Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) seeks to establish partnerships through selection of industry developed technologies at a “Tipping Point” in their development cycle. Through the award of funded Space Act Agreements, NASA STMD intends to foster the development of commercial space capabilities and benefit future NASA missions, enabling technology development that results in commercial products and services that NASA can purchase as a user.
