This Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is between the Dun & Bradstreet entity named below (“D&B”) and the customer named below (“Customer”). In consideration of the mutual obligations set forth in this Master Agreement, each party agrees to the terms and conditions below and represents that this Master Agreement is executed by duly authorized representatives. Customer and D&B may be sometimes referred to in this Master Agreement each individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”. Capitalized terms used in this Master Agreement are defined in Schedule I hereto, or in the body of this Master Agreement.
