THIS SALE is made by PUBLIC BANK BHD/ PUBLIC ISLAMIC BANK BHD * (“Owner”) in exercise of the rights and powers conferred upon the Owner pursuant to a Hire Purchase Agreement/ Hire Purchase-i Agreement executed by the hirer (the “said agreements”) as appearing in the said agreements in favour of the Owner and is subject to the regulations implied or imposed upon or relating to or affecting the subject vehicle.
