THIS DELEGATE AGREEMENT is made by and between __________________ (the “Authorizing User”), on the one hand, and __________________ (“Delegate 1”), __________________ (“Delegate 2”), and __________________ (“Delegate 3”), on the other hand. Delegate 1, Delegate 2, and Delegate 3 are collectively referred to herein as “the Delegates.” The Authorizing User and the Delegates are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “the parties.”
