This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of the 11th day of March, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Lake Shore Savings Bank, a federally-chartered savings bank having its principal place of business at 128 East 4th Street, Dunkirk, New York 14048 (the “Bank”), and Taylor M. Gilden, a resident of the State of New York (the “Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc., the parent corporation of the Bank.
