This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between: Holliston Public Schools, located at 370 Hollis St., Holliston, MA 01746 (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Promethean, Inc. located at 720 Olive WAY, STE 1500, Seattle, WA 98101 63131 (the “Provider”).
