This is an agreement concerning the transfer of (“Student”), a non-resident student, into the DEVINE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. The agreement is entered by (“Parent”), on behalf of the Student, and the DEVINE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
