This STANDARD CONTRACT (“Contract”) is agreed to between the City of Pontiac (the “City”) and Michigan (“Contractor”), a Corporation. This Contract is effective on April 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”), and unless terminated, expires on April 1, 2027.
