This agreement is made and entered into at Columbus, Ohio, by and between, the Attorney General of the State of Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” and the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Labor Council,” “Union” or “Employee Organization.”
