THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of this 4th day of October, 2022, by and between the County of Jackson and the Sheriff of Jackson County, State of Michigan (herein referred to as the “Employer”) whose employees are recognized hereunder and the Police Officers Association of Michigan - Jackson County Corrections Deputies Unit (herein referred to as the “Union”).
