This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is effective as of the date upon which the Agreement between the Vendor and NICE has been signed and is incorporated into the Agreement and reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Data (as these terms are defined below). This DPA consists of the main body of the DPA and Exhibit I, Exhibit II and Exhibit III.
