This Data Privacy Addendum (“DPA”) dated (“Agreement”) is between Thompson School District R2-J (“District”) and (“Vendor ”). This DPA modifies and is incorporated into the Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision of the Agreement to the contrary, the terms of this DPA supersede all contrary or conflicting terms of the Agreement.
