This Sponsorship and Related Benefits Agreement (“Agreement”), is made as of March 15, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between U.S. Travel Association, maintaining a place of business at 1100 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20005 (hereinafter “U.S. Travel”), and Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. dba Visit Orlando, maintaining a place of business at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, 4th Floor, Orlando, FL 32821, (hereinafter “Company”). U.S. Travel and Company may be referred hereinafter collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party.”
