THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN The Owner (‘The Owner') who is registered with Dorset Council as a registered Supported Lodgings or Staying Put Provider. Name of Licensee And ('The Licensee') Description of Premises The supported accommodation to be occupied by the Licensee ('The Premises') comprising use of one bedroom as the owner may designate from time to time at The Premises and shared facilities. Address ('The Premises') Licence only The Licensee will not have an interest in or be entitled to possession of any land or buildings or any part thereof comprised in The Premises. The Licensee will not have exclusive rights to occupy any part of The Premises to the exclusion of The Owner or others. Furniture and Fittings The Premises are furnished by The Owner. Licensees have the right to bring with them personal possessions. This includes the right to furnish their allocated bedroom.
