is made and entered into as of the day of May, 2025, between TAYLOR MORRISON OF CAROLINAS INC. (the "Obligor") and the CITY OF TEGA CAY, a South Carolina municipality (the “Obligee” and at times the “City”). At times herein, the Obligor and Obligee are collectively referred to as the “parties” or individually as a “party”.
