This Agreement for Purchase and Sale and Joint Escrow Instructions (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of February 2014 by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sparks (“Seller”), and LandCap Sparks, LLC (“Buyer”). The date on which both parties have executed this Agreement will be referred to herein as the “Contract Date.”
