WHEREAS the City has authorized Housing Agreement Bylaw No. 2189 under s. 483 of the Local Government Act with respect to the Property; and

WHEREAS the City and 1296341 B.C. Ltd. have agreed to enter into a housing agreement under s.483 of the Local Government Act to establish restrictions on the occupancy of the dwelling units to be constructed on the Property as set out in Appendix “A” to this Bylaw;
