Between the citizens who subscribed ownership certificates and nominative privatization coupons to the Fund of Private Property V Oltenia, after the development of the Privatization Progam in Mass, according to Law no. 55/1995, having the identification data inscribed in the annex disk received by the Fund of Private Property V Oltenia, on the basis of minutes, from IM Bucharest after the allocations of shares, was concluded the present constitution contract of a commercial company having the following content:
