integral part of all (future) contracts on the delivery of goods or the provision of services between the supplier of goods or the service provider, respectively, (hereinafter "Contractor") and any of the affiliated companies of BASF SE located in Belgium, respectively, (hereinafter ³Principal´ T he se General Contract Terms shall apply if and to the extent that no other terms have been agreed upon and stipulated in the individual contract. Any supply of goods or the commencement of the provision of services by the Contractor shall be proof of his acceptance of these General Contract Terms without reservation.
