These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) are material to the offer made by the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”), as set forth in the quotation and/or service request (“Quote/Request”), to provide services to the Client identified on the Quote/Request (“Client”).
