This Master Attachment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Ubicquia, Inc. (“Licensee”), a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 401 East Las Olas Blvd., Suite 800, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, and Town of Falmouth (“Licensor”), a Maine municipality, with offices located at 271 Falmouth Road, Falmouth, ME 04105. Licensee and Licensor are referred to herein as the “Parties,” and each a “Party.”
