This Professional Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Solution Junkies Limited (“Solution Junkies”) and (company number ) (“Customer”). The provisions of this Agreement establish the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Solution Junkies will provide Services to Customer under one or more Statements of Work. As used herein, the term “Party” shall mean, individually, Solution Junkies or Customer as the context dictates and the term “Parties” shall mean Solution Junkies and Customer, collectively.
