Pursuant to Rule 602 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission” or “FERC”), 18 C.F.R. § 385.602 (2024), Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“BGE”) submits for filing on behalf of the Settling Parties1 in this proceeding an executed Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement” or “Settlement”) and related documents that resolve, upon the Commission’s approval of this Settlement Agreement without condition or modification unacceptable to the Settling Parties, all issues in Docket No. ER24-754 and all sub-dockets thereto. The Settlement Agreement has been executed by or is not opposed by all parties to this proceeding.2
