Public Act 226 of 2003, as amended (MCL 125.131, et seq.), Bridgewater Township entered into an agreement (the Joint Planning Commission Agreement) together with Freedom Township, Manchester Township, and the Village of Manchester to form the Manchester Community Joint Planning Commission.
