This Federal Tax Certificate is executed in connection with the Clean Energy Purchase Contract dated as of [ ], 2024 (the “Clean Energy Purchase Contract”), by and between the Southern California Public Power Authority (“Issuer”) and City of Anaheim (“Power Purchaser”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Clean Energy Purchase Contract, in the Tax Certificate and Agreement, or in the Bond Indenture.
