The Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency” or “HHSC”), an administrative agency within the executive department of the State of Texas, and The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (“Grantee” or “Contractor”), a Community Mental Health Center as defined by Texas Health and Safety Code Section 534.001, each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties,” to that Disaster Crisis Counseling Program (MH/DCCP) agreement, effective April 26, 2019, and denominated HHS Contract No. HHS000434500026 (“Contract”), now want to amend said Contract.
