This Investment Managers Services Agreement ("Agreement'') is entered into as of the "Effective Date" listed in Section 1 below, by and between CITIZENS PROPERTY INSURANCE CORPORATION ("Citizens"), a government entity created under Section 627.351(6), Florida Statutes; and the Investment Manager listed in Section 1 below ("Investment Manager" or "Vendor"), for the purpose of managing assets pursuant to the Investment Policy listed in Article 1 below. Citizens and Vendor shall each be known as a “Party,” and collectively shall be known as the “Parties.”
