AGREEMENT dated July 3 , 2007, entered into between THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA (“Recipient”) and INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (“Association”) for the purpose of providing additional financing for the Original Project (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement).
