In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Signature Card. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rogue Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more share accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your account(s) is designated on your Signature Card(s). Your electronic consent constitutes your electronic signature.
