IMPROVEMENT AREA #2 (“Agreement”), dated as of December 13, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among SLF III – Onion Creek, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Landowner”), the CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS (the “City”), a municipal corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and U.S. Bank National Association and any successor thereto (“Escrow Agent”). The City, the Escrow Agent, and Landowner are sometimes referred to herein individually as “Party”, and together as the “Parties.”
