This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is for the provision of financial management services by the NASA Shared Services Center for the NASA Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and Center financial operations reporting to the OCFO. This SLA replaces and supersedes the previously executed FY 2010 Center SLAs concerning financial management and is effective for the period October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010, or until cancelled or superseded by a new financial management SLA.
