THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Cartersville, (“CITY”) and Georgia Municipal Association, Inc. ("GMA"), a private, nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia, located at 201 Pryor Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, and is effective on the date when it is signed by both of them (the “Effective Date”).
