This Agreement (Agreement) is entered into as of , 2018, (the “Effective Date”) by and between Contra Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“COUNTY”) and the City of Richmond, a municipal corporation (“CITY”). The COUNTY and the CITY are sometimes referred to herein together as the “Parties,” and each as a “Party.”
