This Amended and Restated Management Agreement is made as of the 1st day of July 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico ("City"), and Global Spectrum, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership doing business as Spectra Venue Management ("Manager").
