AMENDMENT NO.: 1Defense Products Contract • September 27th, 2018
This Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Defense Products Contract No. 46000000-15-1 (“Contract”), effective as of the last date upon which this Amendment is signed by all Parties, is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Security Equipment Corporation (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the STC unless otherwise defined herein.
